I am looking for easy-going, respectful, and reliable roommates to sublet the other bedrooms in the house I am renting. Im a easy going responsible moving to the area for the first time, Im home a lot, and I have a dog. Ive had bad roommate experiences in the past, so I am interested in meeting people and seeing if its a good fit for everyone living there.
Rent is 700/mo for per room. Utilities are included in the rent; however, youll have to get your own renters insurance and use street parking. Sublets will have to furnish their own bedrooms, but Ill furnish the common spaces.
The house has a gorgeous view and lots of natural lighting. The house is located in Five Points South, ideal for students or hospital faculty. The house is meant to be a safe space. LGBT-friendly, pet-friendly, smoker-friendly, and non-racists are non-negotiable expectations for the house and everyone who lives there.
