This is a 4 bed 2 bath shared house. Rent for one bedroom is $1,000 A MONTH INCLUDING ALL UTILITIES. **NO SECURITY DEPOSIT** required but I ask that you pay the application/credit report fee of $40. I will also be asking for 3 references before move-in. No pets or smoking allowed.

The bedrooms are not furnished but all other areas in the house are fully furnished. There is a dryer and washer available to you in the basement. You get access to the spacious backyard with a fire pit and plenty of parking in the driveway. Attached is an outdoor deck to hangout in the warm sun and grill.

This is a shared house setting. Currently there are two people living here including myself. I am looking for a male housemate that is clean and responsible. This is a very affordable rate for the area with extremely flexible MONTH TO MONTH terms. This is ideal for a commuter who needs temporary or long term housing for work.
