My friends and I are subleasing our furnished, 5 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment in the heart of U-district for the upcoming school year. Please feel free to reach out to me! Heres some info:

4717 Brooklyn Ave NE, Seattle, WA 98105

The place is called Nolan. Its walking distance to UW, tons of restaurants, and safeway (right across street). Bus stop is about 5 min away by walk. There are lots of buses that takes you to downtown or even UW campus if you dont feel like walking:)

Details about the place🌟
In-unit washing machine and dryer. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Its also fully furnished with a couch and TV in the living room. Bedrooms have full-sized bed and mattress, desk and chair.

The master bedroom has a private bathroom in it. The other four rooms share two bathrooms:)

Time✔️
You could move in as early as 9/18/2020. Its a full year lease so its good until 8/31/2020!

Price💰
The original price for one room is $1169 per month, including high speed internet but not utilities. Its totally negotiable and Im willing to go down.
