Fully-Furnished Sublease at The Marshall

I am looking to have someone take over my lease at the Marshall Apartments. The lease are on an individual basis, so one is paying for one bedroom not the full 4 bedroom unit. To clarify, my lease is for one of the bedrooms.
It is a 4 bed/4 bath area and comes fully furnished. (Each person has their own private bathroom.) Each bedroom has a full mattress, bed frame, two dressers that have two drawers each, a desk, and a chair. The apartment as a whole is approximately 1,688 square feet in size.
The apartment comes with a full-size washer, full-size dryer, and a fully-equipped kitchen that is shared between the 4 residents. The kitchen appliances include a refrigerator with an attached freezer, microwave, oven, stove top, and dishwasher. You will need to provide any utensils, pots, pans, etc. that you wish to cook with.
Other than electricity and gas, everything else is included in the rent (e.g. free cable, free water, sewage, trash, etc.). Parking inside in a heated garage is $150/month while parking outside is $100/month. This parking space, if desired, will need to be acquired through building management, subject to availability.

A few highlights from the amazing amenities The Marshall has to offer include an indoor pool, indoor basketball court, fitness center, three courtyards with grills and fire pits, study areas and computer lounge, and digital cable and community-wide wireless internet. The Marshall is also dog friendly!
Target and Fresh Thyme are very close by for shopping, and there is a CVS pharmacy very close by as well.
The Marshall Apartments is located within a close proximity to the University of Minnesota Twin Cities campus (walking distance) and is right by a bus stop for the 121, 122, and 123 bus routes as well as a metro bus stop.
As for tours, if you would like to take a look at the property, The Marshall has a virtual tour option on their website to give you a better idea, or you can schedule an appointment for an in-person tour! Do note that walk-in tours are currently not being offered at this time.
