FULL OR PART TIME OCCUPANCY

Because we are all professionals with experience in both the legal, health, and the R&D field, we are fully aware of the dangers of this Pandemic.
For this reason we have gone to great lengths beginning in January 2020 to modify and provide a Covid 19/virus free home with required protocols to include 3M anti-viral air filtration (whole house and in each room), negative pressure ventilation system. We are fully stocked with wipes, TP, bidet, food, in house mask production, outside safe area seating, redundant utility back up systems, outdoor security real time monitoring systems, food, flower and herb gardens, and even chickens (fresh organic eggs)...and more. *Update: As of April 2021 we have had our vaccinations and we are cautiously optimistic that we will avoid the worst aspects of this pandemic, though remain prepared for any next surprise down the road.

If needed you can reserve the room as a backup option for non-use status, in which case the room will be held unoccupied when and if needed, for you, a friend, or relative so they can be safe. If utilized the charge could be changed over to per month and then when not used may go back to semi reserved status. For any and all details or possible options needed meet your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: Costs may be subject to change given unforeseen circumstances or unanticipated needs. Price gouging will not be a factor due to the existing crisis. Any price increases will be calculated on cost assessed basis.

As this option can be flexible and perhaps somewhat confusing please call with any questions as our main goal is to keep the household safe and we need to know that we can protect yourself and others in our home.
