Why pay for a small house or cramped apartment? Here, you have the luxury of a nice, huge home in a very safe and desirable neighborhood (Morrison Plantation).

The rent includes all utilities (water, electricity, trash, high-speed Internet, cable, security system, etc)! I have a large 4,000 square foot home in a very nice and extremely safe neighborhood. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in my home. I rent out 2 of those bedrooms. This listing is for ONE of those two bedrooms. The room is fully furnished. You will have to share a bathroom (with another female roommate), but it is a pretty big, so it shouldnt be a problem. Plus, there is still another full bathroom downstairs, that is always available for use. The pictures in my listing show you the room that is available for rent, as well as some of the common areas in the house that you are able to enjoy.

For leases over 6 months, rent is $950/month. For leases less than 6 months, rent is $1150/month. I require a background check, the fee is $45. There is also a $600 security deposit. You have use of all common areas in the house, which includes the kitchen, living area, laundry room, and backyard with patio furniture. I designate ample pantry and refrigerator space for each person. I keep the common areas of the home fairly clean and orderly.

I am quiet and very respectful. I believe communication is the key to a good roommate situation. I do not violate your space and want the same in return. I am not a partier and do not want parties in my home. I am ok with the occasional visitor, but I dont have or want males in and out of my house. I am only looking for female roommates. No males, due to a strict alimony contract with my ex-husband. I want a roommate who is clean (if you make a mess, clean it up), and treats my house as if it were their own.
