$1038 room for rent in Tooting London

Hi Everyone,

Our housemate is moving out of London so were looking for someone to move into our beautifully renovated house in Tooting.

The house itself is a 3 bedroom, 2 story semi-detached house with a private garden, 3 minutes walk from Tooting Broadway tube station (Northern Line) and 20 seconds to Tooting Market and is close to all the shops, bars, restaurants, pubs, cafes and grocery stores offered on Tooting High Street. We are also only a 10 minutes walk to Tooting Bec Common.

The house has a separate living and dining room, and a utility room which includes another toilet and sink, washer and dryer.

The room is a large double, fully furnished including wardrobe and large chest of drawers, with natural light overlooking the private garden at the back of the house.

You will be living with two girls: Cheyne (Australian) and myself, Laurence (Belgian). We have both been living in London, in our current house for a few years. We both work and are fairly quiet during the week, but do get out and about on the weekends. We love our food (especially the delicious Gyros from the Tooting market) and vino, Netflix and cringy tv shows (not only but we do enjoy Catfish more than wed like to admit...)

We are looking for a professional who is fun, social and easy-going, who wants to get involved in the household but also respects personal downtime.

Bills are extra and come to around 100 per month (Virgin Broadband, Council Tax, Water, Gas & Electricity, TV Licence, and fortnightly cleaner). The house is let by a private live-out landlord, so there are no extra fees and your deposit (885) will be protected in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.

The room is available from the 1st of October, but we can be flexible if needed!
