Two bedroom apartment available on the ground floor in a walk up private, smoke-free townhouse located on East 130th Street between Park and Madison Avenues in Harlem, NYC. The unit is available now with one free month rent!

The apartment measures approximately 700 square feet and has a separate entrance from the main level . There is also a coin operated washer and dryer in the basement for tenants convenience. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Each apartment has its own independent boiler heating unit and hot water tank. Tenants pay for all utilities including gas for heating, hot water and electricity.

The apartments are shown by appointment only. Showing times are Monday through Fridays from 6pm to 7pm; Saturday and Sundays from 11am to 12pm. There is no brokers fee charged as I am the owner of the building, however there is a non-refundable credit and criminal background fee search per applicant.

All potential applicants must submit (originals only) and be subjected to the following:

1.) Government issued photo ID and social security number card
2.) 2020 W-2 form
3.) 2020 complete tax returns ( Federal and State)
4.) Three months of recent pay stubs. Need to make 40-45 times the rent amount (minimum
5.) Three months of bank or financial statements showing several months of rent reserves available. The more assets, the better.
6.) Two written references; one must be from your current landlord
7.) Submit for a credit and criminal background search
8.) One-month security as an initial deposit, one-month rental up front upon final approval. (both need to be by certified funds)
