$850 room for rent in Fort Lauderdale Ft Lauderdale Area

Furnished room in 3 bedroom house with pool. This is a month to month with a minimum of 6 months month stay. You can stay longer if you wish.
Close to local amenities and park. Publix, CVS, Pizza Hut, McDonalds, Winn Dixie, etc. Includes use of kitchen, dinning area, washer & dryer, wireless internet. I do NOT have cable. Bring your Firestick or I have one and sign onto your own account to watch Netflix, Hulu, etc. Parking is available. On Bus route Railway is Broward Blvd, 2 miles away. The bathroom is predominately the tenants, but this is a communal bathroom. So that means when vendors or visitors come, this is what they will use if they need to use a bathroom.
Should like pets. I have two dogs. Friendly. Be able to feed them when I am away.
Looking for Quiet, Respectful, Clean, responsible person to share my home. NO DRUGS, IF YOU DRINK, YOU NEED TO BUY YOUR OWN. Smokers are OK, just not in the house and you must dispose of cigarette butts immediately.

No cooking of any kind in bedrooms. Need to clean up after yourself daily. This is a must.

Barbecue grill available for use. Must be cleaned afterwards.

I recycle. You must too. Black bin for household waste. Blue bin for plastic, paper, bottles, metals. Food containers must be rinsed out before depositing into container.

I plan to travel again, to unwind and see family out of town, sometimes to work. Must be willing to feed dogs, and take care of certain things while I am away, like taking out the garbage on garbage collection days.

I consider myself an easy going person. I work six days a week, when not in this pandemic, I am in and out all day long. Sometimes I work from home. which means, the bathroom and kitchen must be clean and orderly ALL OF THE TIME. because of this pandemic, I must insist that your room is deep cleaned at least once every two weeks. if you are unable to do this, a cleaner can be hired at your expense for $30 per hour. No outside guests.
