Our cozy Central Lonsdale suite is located in an old-timer house just 2-3 blocks to City Market, several bus routes and Lions Gate Hospital. Its also near Grand Boulevard park.
Your entrance in the back yard is south-facing and sunny. There is a covered area outside your suites exterior door for your exclusive use.
There is street-parking in the front of the house, as well as an off-street parking spot off the paved lane.
The suite Isnt big, but has storage in the bedroom and hallway closet.
The bathroom is bright and yes, it has a tub!
The washer/dryer is full-sized and shared with the upstairs suite which is home to a family with a dog and 2 cats.
Existing utilities are included.
We are looking for a responsible tenant wanting a one-year lease.
PS: A pet with one or two well-behaved owners is welcome to apply to lease our suite, with pet deposit.
