Looking for a housemate - Close to Florida State College & IMG (walking distance to both.) Commuting distance to USF, Eckerd and Ringling College. House has cats, additional animals may be discussed.

Looking for no drama room mate that pays rent on time, has the courtesy to respect others property and does socialize a little - not looking for a bestie but if schedules worked out maybe have dinner one night a week.
