THE SUITE
Ideal for professors-students going to UBC.. it is fully furnished. It has large windows and full height ceiling. This is a very quiet 2 bedroom suite. Great opportunity if you have a friend also looking for accommodation. If not, for household harmony, I always tried to match the second renter with the other one. The bedrooms are located at each end of the suite with the common grounds in between for better privacy. The place is comfortable and conveniently located minutes from UBC. It has a large kitchen and bathroom, which has a walking shower and tiled floor. Both bedrooms have desks, captains beds with build in drawers, closet, more drawers and shelves.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and two fridges. No smoking and no pets please.
