CBS home on the canal 2 bedrooms/ 2 baths, bedroom is for only. One bathroom is between the 2 bedrooms and the other one is in the Florida room. Bedroom is furnished as well as linen and towels if you dont have your own. Laundry room inside. Full access to the kitchen, too. Electricity, water and cable included. Parking in the driveway.
Must be a clean person, non-smoker, no heavy drinker, no overnight guest, no pet, prefer male and worker.
You will be sharing the house with one of the owner, retired, senior, veteran, fisherman and a black lab. If you are already in town and would like to come take a look and meet Jeff and Pepper please let me know.
