Our historic Crole cottage was built in the 1820s-30s. It is a one bedroom fully equipped apartment that is one half of a double house. There is a full-size futon in the living room in addition to the queen bed in the bedroom. It comes equipped with all cooking utensils and linens.

It is ideally located in Historic By-Water neighborhood with quiet long-time neighbors but close to a variety of restaurants, bars, music clubs, and theaters. The home is tastefully furnished and has a secluded brick patio with fountain in the rear. Marky Park is immediately behind the house, Crescent Park is down the street, and the home is within a comfortable walk to the French Quarter.

Property comes with central A/C, washer & Dryer, dishwasher, and kitchen appliances.

The beautifully landscaped and recently constructed Crescent City Park which adjoins the river allows a leisurely walk to the French Quarter and is just a short stroll up Piety Street from the house.
