$416 room for rent in Allegheny West Philadelphia

My name is Sydney and Im looking for someone to sublet my room. I would preferably like another girl to take my place, but if youre chill anyone is welcome. This is a 6-bedroom house, and I have 5 other roommates (4 girls and 1 man). Rent is 416 a month, and utilities cost anywhere from 20 -70 dollars a month (depending on the time of year with heat usage). We have laundry machines in the house. There are two bathrooms. Close to Temple University and the subway. No pets. Our lease started August 2020, and will end August 2021.
