I am looking to find someone to take over my lease at my downtown Durham apartment. My lease is set to expire at the end of may, with the option to renew. It is a great apartment with a great location. Walking distance to all downtown amenities and close to Dukes west campus and Duke University Medical Center (Duke Hospital).
Hardwood floors throughout. Dishwasher, Washer/dryer in unit. Cats and Dogs welcome (No breed restrictions/$100 one time pet fee and $10/month pet rent*). Landlord is very responsive and professional.
