--LOOKING FOR A SUBTENANT ON FEB. 1--
Hello! Im looking for a person to take over my lease starting on Feb.1 until May 31st. You would be living in a townhouse with three other peoples and have your own private room/shared bath. The room also has a walk-in closet.
Monthly rent is just under $500 plus utilities (~$65-75). The three other roommates are really awesome peoples who work from home and then go outdoors as much as possible. Skiers and climbers are welcome! We usually watch a movie together once a week and occasionally cook amazing meals! Its a sweet home in a safe neighborhood. Theres lots of cool hikes nearby and its close to downtown, I-25, Old Colorado City. Im sad to leave a great group of friends.
My roommates are looking for someone people around their age (20-32 years old). Unfortunately, our landlord doesnt allow pets. No smoking is allowed inside the home either. My email is aedozachary@gmail
