$550 room for rent in Golden Denver Area

I am currently looking to sublet a room for rent in Golden, CO between January and July 2021. The address is 990 Salvia Street, Golden CO 80401. Rent is $550 per month, and utilities (internet & gas/electric) are usually roughly $50 each month depending on usage. So all-in is about $600 per month.
The house is 4-bed, 2 baths with a common kitchen area and living room space. The 3 other occupants are planning on staying until the current lease ends on July 31st, 2021, and I am not sure what they intend to do afterwards. Two of 3 other occupants are college students at Colorado School of Mines, and the third works full-time from home. All of them are in their early to mid-20s. The house has a gas stove, microwave, dish washer, common area fridge and plenty of food storage space. Clothes washer and dryer are available. The bedroom for rent is not furnished, but the rest of the common area is. Please reach out if you have any other questions or are interested.
