$1250 room for rent in North Beach San Francisco

Room available February 1st in a 3-bedroom/2-bathroom house located in the heart of North Beach/Telegraph Hill area for a SHORT TERM LEASE ONLY. The house is located on a quiet alley, just steps away from Coit Tower, Washington Square Park and tons of shops/cafes/restaurants. We are walking distance to the Financial District/Downtown, Fishermans Wharf and Chinatown. The room is medium-sized and bright and furnished with a bed, bedside table, desk and chair, and has a closet and shelving. A mature person is preferred and you would share the bathroom with one other male and the kitchen with two (we are one female and one male both 40+). Total of three people in the house. We are looking for someone that is quiet, friendly, clean and considerate (no pets, no party animals, no drugs or no smoking inside or outside and no couples as the room is only for ). We have a washing machine/dryer in the house and a small patio outside.

The rent is $1250 per month plus utilities (approx 50-100) with a first month and security deposit of $750 required to move in ( and references will be required.)


The rental is for a minimum of one month and a maximum of nine months.
