The House: Two-story single family home in San Francisco with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. All living spaces except bedrooms are shared. Onsite washer/dryer, central heating, backyard, patio, and fully equipped kitchen. The house was built in the 1920s and was renovated in the early 2000s, so it has that old fashion vibe yet many modern conveniences. Its a deceptively large home and you will get a lot of bang for your buck.

Us: Three people. Joe (32) and Jay (45) are responsible and live upstairs. Randall (32) lives downstairs. We also have three cats.

The Room: located downstairs, The bedroom is 10x12ft with a small window and a doorless closet. There is a 8inch shelf that wraps around half the room. You will get access to another closet. Optional bed frame, dresser, and side table for free, mattress offered to purchase at deep discount.

You Also Get: The downstairs is essentially yours to share with the other housemate, including a 12x15 foot living room, the biggest room in the house. Over the years few housemates have furnished it, so master tenets have filled it with furniture. That said, if you have a use for the space we will work something out. Jay also uses part of the living room for her home office. You also get to claim a bathroom and make it yours. There is plenty of kitchen space too.

COVID NOTES: The housemate moving out is high-risk, so we are very considerate of our exposure. That said, our household does not social distance or wear masks indoors. Joe and Jay have two friends over regularly that are a part of their Pandemic Bubble. Joe and Jay also occasionally visit Joes parents. Joe works on-site at their job once per week and all safety precautions are taken. Randall occasionally visits his partner.

The Neighborhood: Ingleside is an excellent, mellow neighborhood. Walking distance to Target, Wholefoods, Walgreens, lots of restaurants and more. SF City College, SFSU, Stonestown, and BART are 5 minute rides away. Street parking is decent, Interstate 280 and 19th Avenue are nearby. Easy access to the Peninsula.

Other Conditions:
Cats Ok, as long as they can live with 3 other cats.
Dogs negotiable.
No smokers.
No illegal drug user.
No heavy alcohol user.
Light marijuana use is okay, but we ask you respect and support the person in this house working on their sobriety.
