We are looking for someone to sublet a bedroom in our work/live house/gallery while one of its members is away in New Zealand.
Ideally 2-4 months starting in January or February. Might consider shorter stays.

Current cooed roommates are tidy, laid back, respectful, hard working and practicing in different creative mediums which include painting, ceramics, printmaking and an actor/comedian.
