$650 room for rent in Henderson Las Vegas Area

ONLY serious Inquiry pls. This is a house and not an apartment or Condo. I am renting a room in the third floor. There is no other room in the third floor so there is privacy for the room renter.

The room has a good size closet and its own separate bathroom. Bed is not included. It has wood flooring and tiles in the bathroom. Access to rooftop that is over looking Las Vegas strip. See pictures. You are not just paying for the room, the view is included!

I am looking for a renter that is respectful, no drama, no pets, no drugs, no smoking inside the house , no overnight guests, no party allowed, noise at minimum level, owner is very private and prefer a quite renter. Room is painted in powder blue- white paint in the bathroom. The washer and dryer are in the first floor. You will have privacy as there is only one room on the 3rd floor.

Close to food and shopping Walmart, Chase and Wellsfargo banks, gym, Target etc . Police are present in the community and security every 5 - 10 minutes 24/7. The area is close and accessible to 55 and 215. Security roam around every 5-10 minutes 24/7.
