Im looking for a female to take over my lease ASAP for a one bedroom in a 4/4.5 townhome at the Retreat. Three really friendly roommates (one also trying to sublease, so if youre looking to move with a friend let me know! I posted her room in the pictures, its the one that has a tapestry on the wall, a grey themed bathroom, a TV on the wall, and more clothes in the closet) two are med and one is pre-law. The room is fully furnished and on the third floor away from any noise downstairs and has a washer and dryer on the second floor. It contains a queen bed frame and mattress, private bathroom, large walk in closet, a desk and chair, a bedside table, and a dresser. Very cozy neighborhood with an awesome pool/hot tub and gym, plus a clubhouse with tanning beds, a golf simulator, study rooms with free printing, pool tables, and a very nice sauna. It is very close to campus, about a 20 min walk or a 5 min bus ride (bus stops on site) January and February will be covered, and the lease will be transferred to you for the remainder of its length (until July 31) Price is $841 which includes utilities, and parking is open and free.
