Looking for a responsible subleaser to start as soon as February 1st, 2021. Sublease would go until July 31st with the option of extending it into the next year. House is newly renovated with all new appliances. Washer and dryer in the house along with dishwasher, garbage disposal, AC, and good heating. Subleaser would be expected to split wifi and utilities with 2 other housemates.
One room available for rental. You would live with two other females in the house and share a bathroom with one of them. Both girls are kind, easy going, and very fun to live with! We have made a great community in this home!
Rent is $550 a month plus security deposit of $550.
House is in great location-walking distance to Fulton street market and Mad Cap Coffee. Very close to Wealthy St and Cherry street.
