$1600 room for rent in West Los Angeles Los Angeles

Im in some deep trouble and kinda needed to reach a lot of people. I signed a 1yr lease with Academy 65 (August 15th 2021- July 31st, 2022) but Im unable to take the unit for the year as Ive moved back in with my parents. They wont let me terminate the lease but I am able to provide them with someone who is willing to take over my lease and SubLease.

Here are the qualifications:
-has to be a female
-occupy one (1) shared room (a dorm set up) but room has a bathroom attached and live with 4 other roommates (everyone else has an individual room)
-be able to pay a monthly rent of $650 a month! utilities all included

June and July are free if you pay Augusts rent, theres a washer and dryer in unit and the whole apartment is fully furnished, along with parking, free wifi, walking distance from Sacramento States Campus, and so many amenities! You will be given a tour before you sign the lease.

I have a few months to find someone but the sooner the better! No money will be given to me, you will apply through the apartment complex, do a credit check etc with hem and just let them and me know you are taking over my unit. Also you taking over my lease is at no cost to you. If you fit these qualifications or know someone who does please share this with them! Please email me with any questions and if youre interested for I will just need to let the office know that you will be taking the unit instead of me.
