I am looking for a roommate, female or male to share my home. I have one other roommate. I live in a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath single family home just right outside of Keller. The following is what I am offering for rent at a month with a security deposit.
1 bedroom (a second bedroom may be available if needed for an additional cost in 30 days)
1 bath
workout room with treadmill, bicycle, and free weights.
access to/use of a washer and dryer/laundry room
Access to 6 community pools (open in the spring and summer)
Access use of 4 community parks/ponds/walking trails

No drugs.
I do not smoke and I am drama free. I request the same from you.
I dont have kids or pets. I would prefer no pets except for fish and birds. Kids are fine as long as they respect my things and generally behave.
