$500 room for rent in Tower Grove Park St Louis Area

Hello! I am looking to sublease my room in a 3 BR / 1 BA house. The other two tenants are women, late 20s, employed. Two dogs live here. Access to basement for storage. Beautiful hardwood floors in all rooms but kitchen and bathroom. Central heating and air conditioning. Nice deck off the back of this second floor unit (no one above). Our lease runs until the end of July and I am looking for someone to take over my portion for the rest of the lease. $500 / month and utilities run between $40-$65/per person. You primarily just need bedroom furniture, but that can be worked out with the two roommates who are staying. You would have the option of staying beyond, but that would be between you and the landlord (very easy going and responsive). Availability date is negotiable.
