I have rent this apartment for more than the year. Due to the pandemic, I am living in other place and could not live in it. So I urgently need to sublet this apartment room for 5 months (you can continue rent after the sublet ends).

You can walk to Tufts University in 5 minutes and there are ball square and Davis square in a walking distance. The environment of this Apartment is comfortable, cozy and relaxed. My room 404 is about 870 sqft, with a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a bedroom, a storage room and a reading room(you can put a bed in it). All the staffs you need for cooking (refrigerator, cooking oven, dish washing machine, etc) and for washing (washing machine and dryer machine) are included. Hot water is 24h available. Each floor has a trash collection center. The room is smoke-free, and its very safe.

The manager of the building is enthusiastic and helpful. All neighbors are quiet and polite, so you will find the room is super nice and quiet. There is a gym and a convenient store on the first floor.
