The space
If youre looking for an open floor plan (or corporate friendly) On the 2nd floor there are now a cluster of crank tables, 6 where you see 1 in the photos. This means if you have many screens or need 20 ft of desk area you can arrange them that way too. I found everyone has different screen needs so I added the extra cranks. this layout has several comfortable laptop work areas in each room. There is a glass desk in the middle of the shelving on 2 with a wider teak chair, and a teak upright desk as well.
Plentiful free street parking right in front of the front door, 25 steps!

One has 2 queen beds, the other bedroom has 1 pillow topped King size bed.
Both have private baths, 1 bathtub.
I have 1 queen & 1 twin air mattress - PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU BOOK if you will need one as they are stored away , unfortunately they will not be available if you do not arrange for them at booking time.
Please note: this is a tri-level home. If you have any physical restrictions please be aware of stairs. You will enter from the free street parking in front of the condo on ground level where there is a washer and dryer, take one set of stairs to the great room with the kitchen and living space, your bedrooms are on the third level.

I have an attached, but separate, 1st floor suite, where I live and also house my Gara-dashery... a term I coined for my hat shop (Hatbox: A Modern Haberdashery), that after 40+ years, I recently moved into my garage.

As a lover of science, and wanting to help folks avoid public shopping areas, I am MORE than compliant on my cleaning and safety procedures. I see clients by appointment only, limited to 4 per day (4 guests per appt max) to allow for thorough cleaning. Masks required.

Please set-up a time to play in the hats... for a unique experience you will always remember, and likely take home a beautiful hat, (the #1 souvenir!) fit by the #1 hatter in Austin - 46 years running! All styles, including western.
