$750 room for rent in Rainier Valley Seattle Area

This is a fully-furnished single bedroom with a full-sized bed and memory foam mattress, desk, and closet space in a gorgeous, artsy home that is very convenient for all forms of transportation. It is a 10-minute walk to the light rail station, a 3-min drive to I-5, and just up the block from the 36 and 107 bus stops and a bike lane. It is also minutes away from a local library, community center, and a Safeway.

You will be living on an urban farm and in a developing food forest, which you are welcome to harvest from with permission. I am a female in my 30s and have 2 Siamese cats that are super friendly and entertaining. I would like to find someone who is respectful of my space, but I do not require you to do housework. You are welcome to use the backyard area for entertaining.

The rent is $750 including all utilities/amenities (water, electricity, heat, internet and yes even toilet paper!) and a parking spot. You have access to all common areas and can use the laundry, dishwasher, cookware/utensils, cleaning equipment, and any available storage space at your convenience. I do ask that you take responsibility for cleaning up after yourself. I take Venmo for rent and am flexible to do a 6-month lease but would prefer a 1-year lease. Flexible move-in date, available starting March 1st.
