The house is managed as long-term lodging, vs. rooming house; meaning is not a party house. And there are house rules to comply: respectful, clean and considerate. All common areas are clean every Saturday or every other Saturday.

Move in requirement:
Deposit Payment $200 due at signing of agreement.
Proof of income.
First month due 24hrs prior to arrival.
30 days initial lease follow by month-to-month.
You only need to bring your clothes, and computer, everything else is at the house including, clothe hangers, iron and ironing board, and your own set of dishes.
