My name is Cameron, and Im looking for to take my lease in a house of 4 (and one sweet dog). The backyard is right on Hunter park, which has a lovely community garden. The room is on the second floor and has sliding door access to the roof area of the porch, which was amazing in the warmer months! The porch itself is a three season, and it along with the house itself is fully furnished. The only unfurnished space would be your room. The house is smoker friendly (marijuana and tobacco) and has a washer and dryer in the basement, fully stocked kitchen, and there is parking behind the house or in the street. Please dont hesitate to reach out with any questions! The roommates are very down to earth and easy to get along with, Im moving out of town for work so I want to find them a good fit!!!
