$600 room for rent in Spring Hill Central West FL

Hello,

I am looking for someone to take my place as soon as possible. I moved to The Preserve at Altamonte Springs on August 2020 with a roommate, the lease will be ending August 8th this year.

The apartment is for two people, its 2 private bedrooms + 2 private bathrooms + walk-in closets. We have a patio, kitchen w/ dishwasher + other appliances as well. Parking is right outside of our apartment & its a really calm neighborhood.

The total base rent is $1405. Having to pay utilities like sewer, trash, water = around $60 which also would be split. Duke Energy usually costed $75 and Spectrum Internets service plan was $50. There are also reserved parking spots for $35, but it is optional to sign up for. My roommate and I have been splitting it all so far, hes been reliable to me and pays early.

My roommate and I are both students at UCF. My Game Design courses are online now, so I have no need to be near Orlando & would prefer to help my mother at home with her work while I study. My roommate, a film student, has to stay in the apartment because he has to attend classes physically. Hes a really good guy and very amiable, so I want to help by searching for my replacement and not worrying him.
