$1175 1 bedroom in Berryessa Santa Clara Valley

I am looking for someone to take over my lease that ends in July. Ideal move in date is March 1st. The house is located in Berryessa, San Jose with tons of grocery stores (i.e. Hmart, Ranch 99, Sprouts, & Safeway) + restaurants located nearby. It has 4 bd 3 baths, huge backyard, and fully renovated kitchen with large fridge, two ovens and 6 stove tops. Washer + dryer are available in the garage. We have a big backyard + 2 car garage that weve used as work out space during COVID. Youd share the house with three other roommates ( and 1 people) who are in their mid-20s and are working professionals. We are social and like to hang out after work/weekends to destress and just hang out, but we all like our personal space and chill in our own rooms.

Rent is $1,175 per month. Tenant pays for PG&E + water + WiFi. Water bill is every other 2 months. WiFi is around ~20 per person. PG&E varies month to month depending on how often we used the AC/Heater, but can range from $30-$45 per person. Deposit is equivalent to one month rent.

My room is the largest room in the house with its own bathroom. You can easily fit a queen bed, dresser, and desk, and still have a TON of space left. Super great if youre working from home currently. The room also has sliding door closets.
