Have two rooms for rent near the Avalon in Alpharetta GA.

There are 2 dogs + 1 cat at the property

Ive no preference for roommate gender (LGBTQI friendly home), but Im looking for people who live a fairly quiet lifestyle when theyre at the house (not bringing guests over or throwing parties or the like) as Im still trying to live my best life over here and I like playing video games, painting and watching Netflix when Im not working.

The ideal person would be clean but not OCD level clean otherwise youll be unhappy in this home as it is not clean in that way. Theres sometimes clutter.

I sometimes wont do the dishes at night and I need to live with someone who isnt going to go crazy if there are dirty dishes. Someone who can communicate and not be passive aggressive. Ill directly communicate when something is bothering me and if youre living with me the house should feel like a sanctuary, not some place you feel stressed because youre unable to speak up or voice your opinion.

I want at least 3 months because moving in and out is disruptive and too stressful for me to do more frequently than that.
