Spacious master bedroom/bath with private patio and entrance in a 4 bedroom/3 bathroom pool home. Amazing location in Northridge, right near CSUN. Just a quick 1-5 min drive to Target, Albertsons, Jamba Juice, Vons, CVS and the Northridge Mall. Extremely safe neighborhood with one off street parking space, unlimited street parking and friendly neighbors.
Bedroom comes fully furnished with flat screen smart TV and you will have your own, recently renovated en suite bathroom. This room also includes a private patio just outside the french doors as well as a private entrance to the side of the house.
The living room also comes fully furnished with a super large power reclining sofa, 65 Samsung TV and a real wood burning fireplace that we like to use quite often. The kitchen has a walk in pantry and tons of cabinet space, it comes well stocked with all the pots/pans and dishes, etc. you could need.
House includes a spacious backyard with large, sparkling pool (with fountain), BBQ, mini fridge, sink, patio tables and chairs, a fire-pit with built in seating and a basketball/volleyball court. Utilities, Wi-Fi and cable TV are all included. There is a washer and dryer on site. Sorry, no dogs or cats since we already have 2 large dogs.

Month-to-Month lease, but ideally looking for a long term roommate beginning February 15th with rent at $1,500 per month.
First months rent (prorated) and security deposit ($1,500) are required at move in.
Must have a steady job with consistent income. Must keep the house and common spaces clean. **Willing to contribute to house chores and is considerate with COVID.
