Hi yall! I am moving back to Illinois, and one of my roommates is also moving out, and we are looking to sublet two rooms in a house.



The lease would start as early as March 1st, and ends in July 31st, with the possibility to renew if desired.

Anyone who seriously would like to sublease would need to connect with Anna over phone/text/FB messenger/Zoom so that way any potential subletters can get to know her and vice versa.

Hi, my name is Anna and I will be living in the house for the remainder of the lease agreement. I am looking for two covid conscious, clean, relatively quiet female roommates to lease the other two rooms in the house. A little bit about me: Im a liberal friendly who loves animals and enjoys things like reading, being outside, and playing board games. I have a boyfriend and he will be visiting the house 2-3 times a week - we are usually pretty quiet whenever he comes over (occasionally spends the night). Pets (quieter ones preferred) welcome. Smoking, drunkenness, or drugs of any kind will not be tolerated.



This price is for two bedrooms and a shared bathroom in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. The house is located in Southeast Austin in the Colorado Crossing subdivision, and has a fenced in yard, washer and dryer, and dishwasher included. (The washer and dryer belong to my other roommate who is leaving, but he will leave them until the end of July). Area is relatively quiet despite being near the airport, and there are walking trails and a park nearby.



Details about cost:

Total rent is $1600 month plus utilities. Split 3 ways, that equals $533.33/month per person. The highest I have ever seen the gas bill is $18/person and for electric highest ever has been $63/person. Landlord pays for everything else.
