$660 room for rent in State College Central PA

Rent Price NEGOTIABLE!!! I am looking for someone to sublease my room in my apartment ASAP. Rent is $660 + utilities for my room. I live at The Villas at Happy Valley. Each apartment is formatted as a townhome. My room is the second biggest in the apartment and its the easiest to heat and cool. The apartment comes with unlimited free parking, a fire place, cable, internet and in-unit washer and dryer. There is a clubhouse with a pool, gym, kitchen, billards and study room. The bus comes right to the back of the apartment. My room comes with a bed with compartments for clothes. It also comes with a private bathroom with a shower. There are 2 other rooms/roommates. I currently have one roommate who is a grad student and stays in her room for the most part. The lease would start mid-March and go until August. If you would like to stay in the apartment complex you can resign and move apartments, perhaps to a different room if youd like.
