$560 room for rent in Near East Madison Area

A huge house that is made up of 3 levels however the owner rents it into two parts. Currently, we are renting the top two floors which have a ton of open space along with 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), laundry in the basement, and the room I am subletting is the front and largest room with space for literally anything. It has a large window outlooking the street and is a couple of blocks from the lake and only a few more from local grocery stores and campus. With online classes for UW Madison, I didnt need the room and am looking for anyone around college-age to fill the spot. I have 4 roommates and we all have our own rooms and are very communicative with kitchen space and whats expected in the house. They are decently studious and also enjoy kicking back on the weekends and playing some couch games on the Switch. They are super easy to get along with but you also could stay not see them once if theyre all playing games in their own rooms so introvert or extrovert, it works well.
