Im subletting my room due to COVID shenanigans. My roommates (23M and 24M) and I all graduated from UVA and work in consulting. We are pretty clean, friendly, and enjoying exercising. My roommates both rowed for the crew team at UVA. We geek out on coffee, stocks, cocktails, and good food. We are also pretty COVID conscious but understand people have lives. The townhouse is directly next to Quincy park, a two minute walk to a Giant grocery store, and a 4 minute walk to the Virginia Square Metro. Kitchen, dining room, living room, screened in porch, and yard space with patio. Fiber internet, in unit laundry, dishwasher, gas stove, mini-split heating/cooling unit in room. We have 2 parking spaces and additional street parking is available. Downstairs bedroom with window well and plenty of light. Private bathroom and a large personal freezer chest if you do crazy meal prepping. Under the bed are smart led lights which can be controlled with an Alexa or google home. Laundry is also downstairs and is shared with roommates. The landlord requires a background check which costs $75.
