Hello! Comfortable, convenient shared townhouse in Capitol Hill - looking for an easy going, sociable, tidy roommate to join us. AMAZING LOCATION: 5-10 mins walk to coffee shops, wine bars, restaurants, gyms, grocery stores, metro stations, convenience stores, etc.!

The room is $874/mo and has two large south-facing windows (light filled!) and a large built-in wardrobe. It would share a bathroom with 2 other roommates (m, f). The townhouse has hardwood floors throughout, central heating / air conditioning, and a washer and dryer. There is street parking and there is usually a spot available nearby if not right outside. The flat is mostly furnished, and there is even a double bed in the room you can have if you would like.

The room is available now, and we are looking for someone who can sign a 1 year lease starting 1 March.
Utilities are shared equally, vary by season, but are approximately $40-100/pp/mo.

We like to hang out watching TV, playing board games, drink wine, in addition to our own interests. Were also outdoorsy - into exercising, cycling, hiking, sports, and have a poor attempt at vegetable gardening in the front yard.
