On the 2nd floor a similar arrangement with a larger balcony affording better views of the beach and a fully equipped bathroom with a walk in shower

The house has 180 square meters/ 1937 sq feet with terrace and is divided in 3 different spaces:

- Ground floor with a big patio where you find a big L shaped sofa and a dining table for 6, a large livingroom with open plan kitchen in a C I shape fitted with all mod cons ( dishwasher, fridge freezer, vitroceramic/ induction cook top with an electric oven, coffee machine tost maker, cooking utensiles, cutlery..) a dining table for up to 6 people, a breakfast bar with 2 high chairs and a large comfortable 3 seater sofa. On the back there is another patio with table and chairs for up to 4 people and a washing machine. This back space/ patio could be used as a barbecue. There is a cloakroom right next to the kitchen and stairs leading you to a private parking garage ( capacity for 1 car) in the underground

- 1st floor with a doble bedroom ( queen sized bed, of 1.50 meters width, private balcony, wardrobe) a second bedroom with a single bed and a wardrobe and a fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub.

- 2nd floor with a double bedroom ( queen sized bed, private balcony), a second bedroom with a single bed and a fully equipped bathroom with a walk in shower. Both rooms are equipped with wardrobes and furniture.

All rooms have air conditioning and central heating. WiFi is through fibre optic ( 600Mbps download capacity).

The house comes with bedlinen and towels for all 4 rooms as well as cooking utensiles and cutlery.

Minimum required stay is 1 month. Maximum stay 11 months. From September to June ( outside the 2 summer months), priority is given to stays of 2 months or longer

Price per month in stays in stays of 3 months or longer is 1,450 Euros ( basic rental fee) plus consumptions, so in the price announced, consumptions are not included ( water electricity and gas). WiFi being a fixed monthly bill ( thus doesnt vary with consumption) is included in the monthly rental price mentioned

There are different markets and supermarkets nearby. The town market ( Mercat Municipal de Premia de Mar) is a 20 minutes walk or 10 minutes free bus journey, or a 5 minutes drive; there are a few bars and tapas bars and leisure area near Dia and Caprabo supermarkets ( 15 minutes walk, 3 minutes drive) as well as the main commercial area in Premia

The closest supermarket is Aldi on the Marina ( 5 minutes walk)

There is a massive Carrefour supermarket in 10 minutes drive ( possibility of going backwards and forwards by C-10 or C-30 buses stopping near house) and Mataro city ( 15 minutes drive) is the areas commercial capital
