**About the Space:**
My room in this gem of an apartment is up for grabs! I am looking for someone to sublet the second room in a 2 bedroom suite at Spectra/Quartz condos in highly sought-after City Place (100% walk score!!). The unit comes fully furnished, the room can be cleared out before you arrive if needed! There is a wardrobe and full sized bed and mattress for you to use, in addition to a VERY LARGE balcony patio and killer view of the city skyline!! Full kitchen, including Oven/Stove, Microwave, Dishwasher, AND In-Suite Laundry! You will be sharing the Full Bath washroom with only one other female roommate! additional amenities: A/C Climate Control, 24/hr Concierge, Gym, Pool and full amenities building (currently closed due to the pandemic). ** a lot of decor is mine and will be going with me!

**About You:**
You are a clean and respectful (preferably female) easy going professional. Your roommate is a 30 something female who works from home Monday-Friday due to the pandemic, someone with a similar schedule would be preferred! She has also spent the past few months back home in the UK so YOU WILL HAVE THE PLACE TO YOURSELF until she returns!! (date still tbd) You love making and sharing dinners with your roommate and friends, movie nights, etc. and also enjoy and are respectful of alone time. Your roommate LOVES to cook and will share all of her amazing creations with you!!
