Apartment is in a great area close to Willy St Coop, Lake Monona, and Capitol City Trail. Bedroom is available now or could be a summer sublet through August 15th. Also available for re-signing lease for Aug 2021-22. Apartment comes mostly furnished, you would just need to furnish your room (though you can add stuff to the main space too if you have it). Room has two windows and a spacious closet. Kitchen has dishwasher, garbage disposal, and gas stove, and its very spacious with lots of storage. The bathroom has a beautiful vanity and recently renovated shower/bathtub. Laundry in basement is free and free storage in basement and on back porch. Bike storage in front or back porch also available and street parking is free and readily available. One roommate has two cats, so you would have to be okay with pets (though wouldnt be able to bring your own, as that is the limit for the apartment). Roommates are a easy going professional and a grad student at UW-Madison. They are friendly, accommodating, and take COVID precautions seriously (but they will love getting to know you and your bubble:)) Rent includes all utilities and part of a sublet fee (Ill pay part of it), you would just pay $15/mo for Wifi (and rent is also very negotiable).
