We are looking for sublets over the summer to fill our spacious 5 bedroom house. There are three rooms upstairs, one on the main floor, and one in the basement. We are open to renting out single rooms or groups!

The best part of the house is that is located LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES from Carleton University and walking distance to a grocery store, and main bus lines run right by the house. There is also a large driveway if you have a car!

Rent would be 700/room all inclusive (heat, hydro and water), including free use of the washer and dryer.
