$430 room for rent in East Side Milwaukee Region

Hello! My roommate and I are posting this as we are looking for a new third roommate! Our current third roommate is moving out sometime in the next month, but will be out for sure by April 17. I am posting this to help find someone to sublet his room once he is gone. Our current lease is signed till August of 2022, and we are hoping to find a long-term roommate, but the end date is flexible. We split the bills equally three ways including rent, heat, electricity, and WiFi. We dont have cable, but we have several streaming services the household shares. All of the common areas are furnished, so all you would need to bring is stuff for your room (and any decorations or things you want to put in the common areas are okay too). The room you would be subletting gets insanely beautiful natural light from its many windows and has two french doors that open up into the front room. The unit itself is a lower unit in a duplex a few blocks from the UWM campus. My roommate has a cat, so FYI if youre allergic. I have a fish, but I think that is less relevant. My roommate and I like to keep a clean house, so we are looking for someone who also wants that. Nothing crazy, just clean up after yourself in the shared spaces. There is a garage available if you need/want, but parking there is $50 more paid on top of the $430 in rent every month to our landlord. We have free washer/dryer in the basement which work well. Neither my roommate nor myself have had Covid, and I am in the process of getting vaccinated. Weve not had significant issues with noise from our neighbors and the house is in a pretty good neighborhood.
