The other bedroom has a king-size bed and is large enough to accommodate a twin-size bed as well. The occupant(s) of this room share the bathroom in the second floor hallway with the occupant(s) of one of the bedrooms on the second floor. Alternatively, folding screens in the smaller room can separate the bed from the bathroom area and all of the occupants on the 3rd floor can use the 3rd floor bathroom (see attached pictures). There is a washer/dryer on this third floor.

The SECOND floor contains: 2 bathrooms as well as 2 large furnished bedrooms, each with a decorative fireplace, double-pane windows, hardwood floors and 10-foot ceilings.
The largest room is furnished with 1 queen-sized bed, a glass and wood desk and 50-inch tv. A 2nd queen size bed can be comfortably added. This room has an en-suite private bathroom with large walk-in shower and dual sinks.

The other room on the second floor is furnished with a queen-size bed, marble desk, 32-inch tv and lounging chair. A twin size bed can be comfortably added. The bathroom is adjacent to the room, in the hallway and can be shared with the occupant(s) of one of the 3rd floor bedrooms.

The FIRST floor has fully-furnished and spacious living and dining rooms, fully-equipped kitchen and back deck. Original crown molding, hardwood floors, 11-foot ceilings and two decorative fireplaces round out the space.
