$610 room for rent in Centretown Ottawa

Looking to sublet my room from May to August, Students or easy going Professionals preferred
House is located at 264 Bronson Avenue, super accessible to bus/bike routes that take you downtown in minutes.
18 minute bus / 15 minute bike to Carleton Campus,
20 minute bus / 15 minute bike to OttawaU Campus.
5 min bus ride or 15 min walk to bank street.
The room is easily large enough to fit a double sized bed along with a desk. The room is also on the other end from the busy road, making it very quiet and perfect for work. It also has a very spacious closet.
The house itself has two full washrooms, always kept clean. The other three roommates (two guys and one girl) are very friendly and very neat - the kitchen and living room are large and always very clean. The house also has a massive basement perfect for storage / setting up a workspace if you prefer to work outside your room. Personally I found it no problem finding my own space in the house as it is quite large (check pics), even for four people.
Please note that the other roommates are very cautious in regards to COVID-19 safety. If you want to discuss with them boundaries / other related quarantine info, Im happy to get you in contact.
The rent is $750 not including utilities. The current wifi plan is just under $25 a month for excellent speed (Ive used it with school / gaming with no issue since moving in).
