You’ll love my place because of the neighbourhood, the light, and the amazing location. The flat is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids) and pets.The location is ideal for visitors with the main train and bus station just a short walk from the flat. Our home combines the features of a historic building with all the conveniences of a modern apartment.BEDROOMS: There is 1 large master bedroom and bunk beds in the second bedroom. (Please note that the top bunk is only suitable for small children). There is also a travel cot available in the property for a baby or small infant. My cleaners place fresh, hotel quality linen and towels on your bed prior to arrival.KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for including a dish washer, coffee machine, washing machine and a traditional clothes pulley for drying.LIVING ROOM: The living room is bright and airy with original Georgian features and stunning high ceilings. There is a large comfortable sofa and two arm chairs, a tv, CD player with built in bluetooth, fireplace, dining room table and chairs and a custom built ceiling to floor book case. There is also a pull out bed in the living room. Please note that this is a small double bed. It will comfortably sleep 2 children or 1 large/ 2 small adults but let me know if you want to know the exact dimensions before booking. BATHROOM: Traditional Victorian style bathroom with bath and shower. We supply hand soap, shower gel and shampoo and conditioner for our guests. Energy pass This building is not subject to EnEV.
