We are an active household and enjoy sharing time outside together. One roommate works from home and the other works night shift. We keep the house quiet during the day for office hours/sleep time as much as possible.

Includes access to a private beach and is just over a mile walk to Golden Gardens which is perfect with summer just around the corner.

House comes furnished as seen in the photos, 2 televisions with access to a roku stick. The bedroom comes unfurnished.

Spacious fenced in yard and deck with a gas grill, makes for nice BBQ nights after work.

Parking space is included at the house.

Brand new washer and dryer in the basement.

Utilities and internet are separate.

15 minute drive to downtown, bus stop located half a mile from the house and a Safeway (grocery store) 1.5 miles from the house .

Rent is $955 per month with a security deposit of $670 required with move in.
